One room for rent in 2 bedroom condo near UCR

I have one room for rent in a two bedroom condo. The condo is near UCR. Takes less than 5 mins to drive to school or there is also a bus stop in front of the condo which can take you to school. Rent is 450 per month for one year. The rooms are furnished with desk, chair, lamp, and bed. The electricity, gas, and internet are not included. Those bills will be split.
